Due to the nature of our merchandise Sling Shot Joy is unable to process refunds or exchanges, therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

If you feel that your circumstance is unique--including, but not limited to: receiving the wrong item, please contact us at SlingshotJOY@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY.

Any items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please understand that Sling Shot Joy cannot be responsible for any damage, defect or malfunction AFTER use.
