Shipping Information

Currently we are only able to ship domestically within the United States. 

All orders are taken to our shipper on a WEEKLY basis; currently that day is Wednesday, with a cut off time of 5pm CT on the Tuesday before, but this is subject to change as needed.

The ESTIMATE given at checkout is DIRECTLY from UPS, not Sling Shot Joy, and is based on when they actually RECEIVE the item(s) from us!
Yet as we all know, because of state of the world due to COVID-19, Sling Shot Joy is UNABLE to GUARANTEE a specific time frame in regards to shipping and the reception of your item(s).

Sling Shot Joy WILL send out emails regarding confirmation and tracking. PLEASE check SPAM folder!

Once you receive your tracking number email please contact UPS directly for any questions regarding delays, shipment information, etc. since the product(s) are no longer in Sling Shot Joy's possession.
